Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: chopped peanuts or other nuts
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top, adding any desired nuts for crunch.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
