Instructions
- Begin by dicing the apples and cucumber into small pieces; peeling the cucumber is optional.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and combine them with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a separate bowl. Mix until well blended.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced fruits and cucumber. Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
