- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (16 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 cans (21 oz each) apple pie filling
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 13×9 baking dish and freeze.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
- Layer apple pie filling evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
