Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, layer salad greens at the bottom.
- Add pomegranate seeds, sliced apple, nuts, and feta cheese if desired.
- For the dressing, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a glass jar. Shake until well mixed or whisk in a bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
