Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pie pastry into a 9" deep dish pie pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Toss sliced apples in the mixture until well-coated and pour into the crust.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, quick oats, and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over the apple filling.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes uncovered, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until apples are tender.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving warm.
