  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Pat the cod fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
