Instructions
- Marinate the steak: In a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the sirloin cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Prepare skewers: Thread marinated steak and cherry tomatoes onto soaked skewers.
- Cook the kebabs: Heat avocado oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill each kebab for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
