- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 ¼ cups mashed bananas (about 5 ripe bananas)
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup cooking oil or melted butter
- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet mixture with dry ingredients; stir gently until just blended.
- Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
