  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss sliced beets with half of the dressing. Let sit while prepping other ingredients.
