  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a saucepan, boil apple cider until it reduces to about 1/3 cup; set aside to cool.
  3. Combine melted butter, sugar, egg, yogurt, vanilla extract, and reduced cider in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
  6. Fill donut pan cavities halfway with batter and bake for about 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
