Ingredients
- 8–10 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup melted butter (113g)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk (60g)
- 12 King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sheet Rolls (or French baguette)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley and chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, crush garlic and combine with olive oil and salt. Add melted butter, beaten egg, milk, salt, paprika, and parsley; mix well.
- Arrange rolls on a baking sheet. Brush garlic mixture generously over each roll and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and chili flakes if desired.
