Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables into the specified sizes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped bell pepper, cucumber slices, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Gently fold in kalamata olives and feta cheese chunks.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until well-coated.
- Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
