- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 medium garlic cloves, peeled & smashed
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 pounds skirt steak
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large zip-top bag, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add the skirt steak to the bag, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat about 15 minutes before grilling.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and grill each side for 5 to 8 minutes based on your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and garnishing with fresh parsley.
