- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 8–10 triangles. Arrange them in a circle on the baking sheet, pointed ends facing outward.
- Place brie cheese slices around the inner ring of the pastry and spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese.
- Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling and tuck them under to form a wreath shape.
- Brush the entire wreath with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
