Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 8–10 triangles. Arrange them in a circle on the baking sheet, pointed ends facing outward.
  3. Place brie cheese slices around the inner ring of the pastry and spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese.
  4. Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling and tuck them under to form a wreath shape.
  5. Brush the entire wreath with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
