- 1 head broccoli

- 8 slices turkey
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli thoroughly, trim off the leaves, and chop it into bite-sized florets.
- Cook turkey in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; crumble once cooled.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, crumbled turkey, red onion, raisins, dried cranberries, and cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10–15 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
