  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the ground beef and add breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix gently without overworking.
  3. In another bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar for the glaze.
  4. Spread half of the glaze in a loaf pan and shape the meat mixture into a loaf in the pan. Coat with the remaining glaze.
  5. Bake for about 70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
