Ingredients
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup diced yellow onion
- 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 12 ounces tortilla chips (Tostitos brand)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned (6–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook until liquid evaporates (2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Layer half the cheese at the bottom of the bundt pan, followed by half the beef mixture and one-third of the tortilla chips. Repeat layers with remaining cheese and beef, topping with another third of tortilla chips.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Invert onto a heatproof plate and serve warm with optional garnishes.
