  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 ounces tortilla chips (Tostitos brand)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned (6–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook until liquid evaporates (2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
  4. Layer half the cheese at the bottom of the bundt pan, followed by half the beef mixture and one-third of the tortilla chips. Repeat layers with remaining cheese and beef, topping with another third of tortilla chips.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Invert onto a heatproof plate and serve warm with optional garnishes.
