Instructions
- If using fresh cherries, pit them. For frozen cherries, thaw slightly.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend cherries with honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt to the cherry mixture and blend until creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Pour into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.
