  • 1 1/2 cups (215g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (125g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup (50g) chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add mashed banana, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just incorporated.
