Instructions
- Cut the chicken into equal-sized cubes and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, minced garlic, and salt. Add chicken cubes to marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill; cook skewers while brushing with olive oil until fully cooked (about 10 minutes).
- Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
