- 12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)

- 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Ranch dressing (for dipping)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for one hour to prevent burning.
- Cut chicken into even cubes, pat dry, and combine with marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread four pieces of marinated chicken onto each skewer.
- Preheat the grill and cook the skewers until fully cooked, basting with olive oil while grilling.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
