  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, Thai sweet chili sauce, garlic, honey, and salt.
  4. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
