- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for 2-6 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet; cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare glaze by simmering reserved marinade with cornstarch and butter.
- Brush glaze over cooked chicken before serving.
