- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth; add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top; bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool; arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over strawberries; refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
