- 24 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
- Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix until incorporated. Blend in orange zest and juice.
- Melt dark chocolate, cool slightly, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream.
- Pour filling into cooled crust, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve garnished with melted chocolate and orange slices.
