Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, cilantro, salt, and paprika.
- Add olive oil and mix until combined. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
- Thread three chicken pieces onto each skewer.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining olive oil until cooked through.
- Serve hot with fresh lime wedges.
