  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon (for cinnamon swirl)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter (for frosting)
  • 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour, and oats. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Combine melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl; spread half over the batter.
  5. Layer remaining batter on top and finish with the remaining swirl mixture.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before frosting with a mixture of powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and softened cream cheese.
