Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and moisture squeezed out)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
- 1 8-ounce can water chestnuts (drained)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the spinach by squeezing out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions until well blended.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight to enhance flavors.
- Serve your dip in a bread bowl or regular dish, accompanied by fresh vegetables, crackers, or chunks of bread.
