Ingredients
- ½ head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ head purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 mini sweet peppers (2 different colors), thinly sliced
- 2 whole carrots, shredded
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- Salt and hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, sweet peppers, shredded carrots, and cilantro leaves. Toss well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar, salt, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over vegetables and toss until all ingredients are coated evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir again before serving cold as a side dish or taco topping.
