- 4 cups sweet corn
- 12 slices cooked turkey bacon (finely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Gather and chop all ingredients: turkey bacon, green onions, and jalapeño.
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch dressing, whole milk, buttermilk, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh dill until smooth.
- Add sweet corn, turkey bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and cheddar cheese to the dressing. Gently fold until coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled; garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
