Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, crosshatch the boule without cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the herb butter mixture generously over the boule, ensuring it seeps into the crosshatches.
- Stuff each section with brie strips and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce evenly.
- Wrap the boule in foil and bake for about 20 minutes until cheese melts.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
