- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried or fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary), chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to an even thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with crumbled feta and chopped herbs until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle chopped cranberries evenly on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log shape. Slice into ½-inch pieces.
- Place slices on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
