Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce)
- 1/2 cup jalapenos (diced, fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- If using fresh cranberries, roughly chop them; if using cranberry sauce, measure out one cup.
- Add cranberries, diced jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with your choice of crackers or fresh vegetables.
