Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining flour with baking powder and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in floured blueberries.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pans and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
