- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (210g)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl; set aside.
- In a mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Incorporate egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
- Chill dough covered in plastic wrap for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll dough into balls and place on lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
