Ingredients
- 200 g fettuccine pasta
- 250 g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Combine cooked fettuccine with steamed broccoli in the skillet, tossing well to coat in Alfredo sauce. Top with grilled chicken before serving.
