Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Gently fold the dressing into the corn mixture until fully combined.
- Stir in chopped cilantro for added flavor.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to enhance the flavors.
