Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown. Slice post-cooking.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced mushrooms until golden. Add minced garlic; cook briefly.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Mix in Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs.
- Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well-coated. Serve topped with sliced chicken and garnished with fresh parsley.
