- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
