Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a cooking pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth. Gently fold in sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until blended.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
