- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced onion until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
