Instructions
- In a non-stick saucepan over medium heat, combine minced garlic, thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, and minced onion.
- Stir the mixture frequently for about 5-7 minutes until melted and creamy.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and grease a small baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
- Spread the spinach dip evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until golden and bubbly; broil for an additional 1-2 minutes if desired.
