Ingredients
- 1.5 – 2 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed and cut into 2–3" pieces)
- 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 lb smoked turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add halved potatoes to a large crock pot. Sprinkle with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Place the stick of butter on top of the potatoes.
- Layer green beans and diced onion over the potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning.
- Top with sliced smoked sausage.
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once each hour.
- Adjust seasoning before serving and keep warm until ready to enjoy.
