  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 lb smoked turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add halved potatoes to a large crock pot. Sprinkle with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Place the stick of butter on top of the potatoes.
  3. Layer green beans and diced onion over the potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  4. Top with sliced smoked sausage.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once each hour.
  6. Adjust seasoning before serving and keep warm until ready to enjoy.
