Ingredients
- 3–4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
- 14 oz high-quality smoked turkey sausage
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
- Slice the turkey sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In your slow cooker, layer half of the diced potatoes at the bottom, followed by half of the sausage and half of the cheese. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over all layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
