  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  2. If desired, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup; pour over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; stir into the crockpot about 30 minutes before serving to thicken the gravy.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
