- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts, drained
- 12 oz frozen spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts if needed.
- In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except for the cream cheese. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the mixed ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 1.5 hours. Afterward, stir thoroughly to combine everything well.
- Cover again and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
