Ingredients

  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 12 oz frozen spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts if needed.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except for the cream cheese. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the mixed ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on high for 1.5 hours. Afterward, stir thoroughly to combine everything well.
  5. Cover again and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
