Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and radishes using a knife or mandoline.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, radishes, green onions, dill, and dressing. Toss gently until well mixed.
