- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow cooling slightly before spreading cherry pie filling on top.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting into squares and serving.
