- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add ground turkey and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in mixed vegetables and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the turkey and vegetables; stir to coat and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked brown rice; drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
