Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple pieces (drained)
- 2 small cans mandarin orange segments (drained)
- 2 large bananas (sliced)
- 1 pint strawberries (sliced)
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- 1 small tub sour cream (8 oz)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Slice bananas and strawberries. Drain canned pineapple and mandarin oranges well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the drained fruits and gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Add sour cream and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
